Dependable Roll-Off Service FAQ

The roll-off rental comes with a seven to ten day window. If you need the rental for additional days, please call the office and we will do our best to accommodate you, and in most cases we can and we are happy to do so.

Please call our office if you are finished prior to the 7-10 days and retrieve the dumpster gladly.

The price of a dumpster rental includes a one-time delivery and removal for the selected roll off dumpster and disposal weight allowance plus NYS sale taxes.

Yes, we charge $100.00 per ton over the allotted weight limit accordingly to the chosen dumpster.

Yes, your dumpster will have a hinged door that will swing open. The door of the dumpster sits at the back end of the dumpster.

Simply laying down plywood or wood blocks before placing the dumpster is usually sufficient enough to eliminate the risk of damage and is part of our delivery service.

The truck drives onto a scale at the disposal facility where an initial weight is recorded (gross weight). The truck then empties the contents of the dumpster. Next, the truck drives onto a second scale that records the weight of the truck and the empty dumpster (tare weight). The difference between the first and second weights (gross – tare) is the weight of the debris in the dumpster. The scales are regulated by state bureaus of weights and measures.

Hazardous waste, dirt, industrial waste, chemical products, oil filters, herbicides, pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil, lubricating/hydraulic oil, oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, appliances, and petroleum contaminated soil/lead paint chips, When in doubt please call our office.
